As part of our commitment to providing affordable, flexible childcare, we are very pleased to be able to offer places for funded children. We also accept tax-free childcare payments and will consider most workplace childcare schemes.

Early education places for two year olds (targeted offer)

• Only children of eligible families

• From the term following their second birthday

• Once a child has started accessing a two year old early education place they will continue to be eligible, even if the family circumstances change

Universal places for three and four year olds

​

• All children resident in England are entitled to 15 hours universal entitlement (term time equivalent) from the term following their third birthday

• Child will be eligible regardless of family circumstance or immigration status

​

Working parent entitlements

​

• Only for children of eligible working parents/carers, providing up to 30 hours of additional childcare (term time equivalent)

• For three- and four-year-olds this offers 15 hours in addition to the 15 hours universal entitlement (total 30 hours)

• For two-year-olds children eligible for working parent entitlement can access up to 30 hours of expanded childcare per week. Where they are also entitled to the FRAS entitlement they must access their full 15 hours FRAS entitement first before claiming up to an additional 15 hours of working parent entitlement (maximum 30 hours per week)

• Once a child has started accessing their working parent entitlement place the parent/carer must continue to reconfirm their eligibility every 3 months otherwise the funding will not be valid.
